The Busog, Lusog, Talino (BLT) Program is an in-school feeding program for undernourished public elementary pupils in Grades 1-2. Lunch is prepared and served by the parents of the BLT pupils for 136 school days. Parents also attend seminars on food safety and nutrition.
The BLT Program is an initiative of Jollibee Foundation and is implemented in partnership with local implementing partners (LIPs), public elementary schools, Department of Education (DepEd) Division/District Office, local government unit (LGU), and Jollibee Foundation volunteers.
BLT partners work together to address hunger among undernourished Grades 1 and 2 pupils and help them stay in school by keeping them fit and healthy.
